This site is a personal portfolio: it doesn't require an account, doesn't track visitors and doesn't profile anyone. The only personal data it may process is what you choose to send through the contact form.

When you submit the contact form, these fields are sent by email to the address above:

• → name (free text you provide)
• → email address (so I can reply)
• → message (free text)

Nothing is stored in a database. IP addresses and user agents aren't kept, apart from the hosting provider's short-lived logs (see below).

Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract — that is, replying to your message.

Vercel (vercel.com), which hosts the site. Like any host, it receives your browser's requests (IP address, user agent, requested page) and keeps them in short-lived logs; contact form messages also pass through its servers before being forwarded.

Resend (resend.com), for email delivery. When you submit the form, your message passes through Resend's infrastructure before reaching my inbox.

Both are based in the United States: transfers outside the EEA rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses. No other third party receives your personal data.

Messages stay in my inbox until I no longer need them to handle your request, or until you ask me to delete them — whichever comes first.

Under the GDPR you can ask me, at any time, to:

• → access a copy of the data I hold about you
• → correct anything inaccurate
• → delete it (right to be forgotten)
• → restrict or object to its processing
• → receive it in a portable format
• → withdraw consent where processing is based on it

Send any request to francesco@fstanziola.dev. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante) at garanteprivacy.it.

This site uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Details are in the cookie policy.

None: no profiling, no scoring, no automated decision-making affecting you.

If this policy changes, the date and version at the top are updated. Material changes will be announced on the home page before taking effect.
