DESCRIPTION
this site is a personal portfolio. it does not require an account, does not track visitors by default, and does not profile anyone. the only personal data it may process is what you voluntarily send through the contact form.
DATA COLLECTED
contact form — when you submit the form at /contact, the following fields are sent as an email to the inbox above:
- → name (free text you provide)
- → email address (so i can reply)
- → message body (free text)
nothing is stored in a database. no IP addresses or user-agent strings are retained beyond standard transient server logs.
LEGAL BASIS
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract (i.e. replying to your inquiry).
PROCESSORS
resend (resend.com) — transactional email delivery. when you submit the contact form, your message transits through resend's infrastructure before reaching my inbox. transfers outside the EEA rely on the provider's standard contractual clauses.
no other third-party processors receive your personal data.
RETENTION
messages stay in my inbox until i no longer need them to handle your request or until you ask me to delete them — whichever comes first.
YOUR RIGHTS
under GDPR you can ask me, at any time, to:
- → access a copy of the data i hold about you
- → correct anything inaccurate
- → delete it (right to be forgotten)
- → restrict or object to its processing
- → receive it in a portable format
- → withdraw consent where processing is based on it
